Information Technology Service Delivery Manager

About the role

The Service Delivery Manager, Information Technology Services will lead and manage resources at an operational level and, monitor third party support providers in the provision of high-level ICT technical direction and support for the operation of local and enterprise systems / infrastructure within a large and complex site to ensure defined service levels are met efficiently and effectively.

About you

• Proven high level interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others and work collaboratively with people to make decisions (NHS : effective and strategic influencing, collaborative working).
• Proven ICT leadership and management skills, including an ability to manage change and generate a culture of continuous improvement (NHS : leading change through people).
• Demonstrated experience in the development and promotion of ITIL Service Management processes (primarily incident / problem / change, configuration management) (SFIA Codes : USUP 4; PBMG 4; CHMG 4; CFMG 3).
• Mandatory Requirements
• Vaccinated against COVID-19 as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO.12 / 21and the Queensland Health Human Resources Policy B70.
