The Position

Full-time permanent positionMonday to Friday 7am-3pmPreparing consignment notesTracking proof of deliveriesArranging pick up and deliveries through transport and freight companiesPreparing Run sheetsConsolidating delivery orders for Local Metro runsArranging store reports and labels for storage contractorsPrinting labels and organising the despatch of labels and documentation to external warehousesAnswering marketing enquiries on the movements of non-local deliveriesAssisting Sales representatives and other staff with queriesAdministrative duties such as answering phones and emails

About You

You will have previously worked in a Despatch office support role with experience in liaising with a variety of people – including customers, transport / shipping companies and across teams / functionsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organisation and time management skillsProficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, WMS and CRMsFlexibility and the ability to think on your feetDangerous Goods experience an advantage
