The Role :

We’re very excited to be looking for a full-time Social Media Manager to join our growing agency! We’re after a long-term team member who has a sharp eye. Your duties would include :

• Social Media Management & Strategy across Word of Mouth clients
• Account Manager and main point of contact for Client Communication
• Create exciting and innovative Social Content
• Creative Copy & Captions (spelling and grammar is essential)
• Content Planning & Creation
• Instagram Reels & TikTok Execution (Shoot, Editing)
• Manage Digital Content Library
• Social Posts & Instagram Story Scheduling across multiple platforms
• Social Media Reporting
• Supporting the agency to assist business growth and maintain existing clientele
• Working collaboratively with the Word Of Mouth team
• Analysing and reporting social media results to identify successes and opportunities for improvement
