Our client is seeking a Rostering Co-ordinator to join our team in the NDIS field. As a Rostering Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient scheduling of support services to our clients.
- Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule support services to clients in accordance with their individual needs and preferences
- Monitor staff availability and allocate shifts accordingly, ensuring that all shifts are filled and adequately covered
- Work closely with support staff and clients to ensure that schedules are suitable and meet their needs
- Liaise with other team members to identify and address any issues related to scheduling or staffing
- Manage and maintain accurate records of support service schedules, staff availability, and other relevant information
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, support staff, and other stakeholders
Desired :
Previous experience in a rostering or scheduling role, preferably in the disability or healthcare sector (highly desirable but not required)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholdersStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesAttention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and schedulingA commitment to providing high-quality support services to clientsJob TypesFull-time, Part-timePart-time hours : 38 per week
