Property Manager

Are you ready to take the next step in your Property Management career with a high-performing agency? Our client is currently seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to take the reins of a well-maintained portfolio!

Your Role :

• Manage a residential portfolio of 150 properties (located across Logan to Brisbane City)
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Conduct thorough entry and exit inspections with detailed reporting
• Manage rental arrears and maintenance requests
• Oversee lease renewals and rent reviews
• Assist with business growth and client retention

What We’re Looking For :

• Proven experience in property management
• Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Local knowledge of the Southern Suburbs preferred
• Professional, reliable, and confident working independently
