Store Manager | Sunshine Plaza Concession

Global Retail Brands is the powerhouse behind some of Australia’s most loved home and kitchen brands, including House , Robins Kitchen , MyHouse , House Bed & Bath , Salt&Pepper , Baccarat , and Bessemer , with over 300 stores nationwide. Building on the success of our international brands – THE COOK SHOP and THE CUSTOM CHEF, now available in more than 300 locations globally, we’re excited to bring both brands to our major shopping centers as part of our retail partnership.

Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, as the Store Manager , you will be responsible for achieving financial targets and KPIs, while leading a dynamic team to surpass expectations.

Daily responsibilities include :

  • Driving a customer-centric culture and providing a memorable store experience by leading by example
  • Developing your team’s talent and driving sales, profit, and productivity to meet targets
  • Creating an inviting and visually appealing environment through visual merchandising
  • Managing store rostering and wage expenses with a focus on commercial acumen
  • Overseeing stock management in a fast-paced environment to ensure excellent customer service
  • Tracking sales performance, recognizing achievements, and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Collaborating with Talent Acquisition to recruit dedicated retail professionals

Note : Roster rotates fortnightly!

Candidate profile :

  • Previous experience as an Assistant or Store Manager
  • A passion for retail
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and create efficient rosters
  • Operational expertise in stock control and visual merchandising
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and motivates peers
