Wilmar Sugar & Renewables is looking for a dedicated and hands-on Logistics Operator to join our team at the Sarina Distillery.

This is a diverse and rewarding role where no two days are the same — from managing ethanol and molasses logistics to supporting plant operations and maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.Located in North Queensland, Sarina offers a laid-back lifestyle, with stunning beaches and exciting outdoor adventures right at your doorstep.

Whether you're into hiking, water sports, or just chilling by the beach, Sarina has it all waiting for you.Your Role in ActionOversee safe and efficient movement and storage ethanol and molasses.Load / unload ethanol for transport bewtween Wilmar sites or directly to valued customers.Maintain logistics equipment and ensure the logistics assets are safe, clean, and ready for action.Conduct Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) operations of the Biostil plant, including fermenter and filter cleaning, and yeast propagation.Support Biostil Shift Operators in ensuring smooth plant operations and timely customer deliveries.Support the logistics team in ensuring daily truck movements are dispatched safely with accurate documentation, and uphold all compliance requirements.Champion workplace health, safety, and environmental best practices.Your Winning CombinationOur ideal candidate will have a "safety first" mindset and strong attention to detail.

Solid experience in logistics, plant operators, or manufacturing is preferred but not essential.
