The role

To build the profile in the Defence sector by bringing your sector-specific experience to the business. This role is based in South Australia reporting to the State Manager and will be responsible for :

Ensure timely and successful execution of the construction projects within budget

Ensure the efficient and successful execution of Defence sector building projects

Provide leadership, support and advice to project teams

Work with project teams to identify and develop strategies for managing risk and opportunities

Develop client relationships, identifying and developing opportunities for work

Assist on bids, EOI and tender submission

Ideally you will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, with defence sector projects ranging from $100 - $300 million.

To be successful in this role you will have superior leadership skills, exceptional communication skills and have demonstrated experience in delivering projects to target and timelines.
