About the Role :

In this key leadership role, you will oversee the end-to-end Employee Services functions for Doctors in Training (DiT) and Senior Medical Staff (SMS) across RMH and the shared PYMHWS service. Key responsibilities :

  • Lead and support the Employee Services team across RMH and PYMHWS

  • Monitor and manage secondments and staff rotations
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Enterprise Bargaining Agreements
  • Collaborate closely with Medical Workforce leadership and contribute to quality improvement initiatives and key projects
  • About you :

  • Proven experience in managing employee services or HR operations, preferably in healthcare
  • Contemporary knowledge of SAP or other similar HR processing system
  • Strong knowledge of the Doctors in Training (DiT) and Senior Medical Staff (SMS) Enterprise Agreements
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for service excellence
  • Confident working in partnership with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Benefits of working at the RMH :

  • Join a values-driven organisation with a strong commitment to staff wellbeing
  • Collaborate with an innovative and future-focused executive team
  • Access generous salary packaging, car parking and staff wellbeing programs
