Recruitment Consultant – Perth CBD – ASAP Start - Hybrid / Flexible Work Environment

We are seeking a Recruitment Administrator for an exciting opportunity in Perth CBD for a 3-month casual contract with a possible extension.

Rate : Negotiable based on successful candidates’ experience

Hours : Full-time (open to part-time for right candidate)

Location : Perth CBD / 2 days WFH available after probation period

Duration : 3 months with possible extension

Type : Temporary casual contract (no leave entitlements – casual loading included in rate)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various white-collar roles
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using multiple platforms
• Write and post job ads to attract top talent
• Provide market insights and workforce solutions to clients
• Meet individual and team recruitment targets
