The opportunity

We are seeking an Onsite Coordinator to work onsite at one of our client's locations. In this role you will be responsible for the following"

People welfare, including onboarding

Payroll reconciliations and timesheet management

PLS (Pacific Labour Scheme ) mobilisation

Transporting employees to clinics, in the case of an incident

Reports for Vevo checks

Attendance management

Please note this is a maternity leave contract, 8 months with the possibility of extension._

What you will need

To be successful in this role you will have a drive to deliver and be a highly organised individual. You will be passionate about helping others succeed and be committed to this role.

You will also :

Have experience mentoring / managing people

Be willing to commit to all aspects of the role

Have good computer literacy

Have a Drivers licence

Willing to obtain a police check

Be vaccinated against COVID-19
