Job descriptionResponsibilities Core technical role including coding as well as troubleshooting technical problems. Must be able to work in the capacity of technical lead who can guide both offshore and onshore developers. Interface with business and technology partners to determine project technical requirements, design alternatives and resolve issues. Ensures adherence to established development standards and methodologies and may consult with stakeholders on technology solutions. Assist in supporting BAU Operations : High Availability tools, Monitoring Tools, Production Analysis and Troubleshooting. Support internal & external audits including PCI Ability to set and meet high service levels consistently across all areas of the team Scope of Job Works on highly complex projects and issues within eCommerce development team. Coaches and leads less experienced IT staff. Provides technical leadership on projects and support. Autonomy Works more independently with IT functional units and business units. Recommends strategies for technical aspects of projects as well as broad system improvements. Job Requirements / Competencies Extensive Java / J2ee, C++, Spring & Struts Development experience within a large corporate environment Tomcat, & IBM Websphere Application server experience Experienced in Microsoft IIS6 & IIS 8.5 Experience with SOA architectures, REST and Web Services Prior experience in hand coding HTML, JavaScript and CSS Experience / knowledge of secure ways of coding including OWASP. Experience in working with digital certificates, PKI desirable. Exposure to Spring technologies desirable Experience in PING, Sailpopint is highly desirable but not required Experience in CQ5 is highly desirable but not required Sound knowledge of networking & system monitoring Good understanding of EFT - transaction processing fundamentals, different message types Effective communication and interpersonal skills Self-starter with the demonstrated ability to work both independently and with cross-functional teams and to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary environment Good understanding of how technology relates to business, market and industry and applies such knowledge to support the needs of the business Experience in leading a technical team will be highly regarded Willing to work in 24X7 Environment
