State Share Registration of CITIC Securities International (CSI) entitiesPrepare the state share registration (SOE) lodgments including new company registration, share capital change, liquidation and all other transactions required by SOE by due date; Keep updated with new policy and requirements of state share registration; Take in charge of coordination of annual review filing and progress management; Liaise closely with the Corporate Secretary team for relevant supporting documents required for the lodgments.
Liaise closely with Beijing Finance Team regarding any issues encountered 2.
Monthly Intercom loan eliminationEnsure a timely and complete intercom loan elimination checking through the month; Assist to export the weekly / fortnightly P / L and B / S transaction data in a complete and timely manner; Raise, discuss the breaks found in a timely and complete manner with LECs.
CITIC Pack reportingComplete CITIC Pack notes for the accounts allocated by management by agreed timeline; Diagnose abnormalities on data collected and on timely advise management on the potential issues identified.
Respond to audit queries in regards to reported notes the in a timely and accurate manner.
Accounting Policy MaintenanceKeep updated with finance policies from CITIC Group and Ministry of Finance; Assist to complete finance policy development as required by supervisor in expected time frame and quality 5.
MoF reportingAssist with checking and verifying the companies' data; Assist with uploading and validating the annual financial data, verifying and resolving errors 6.
Balance Sheet SubstantiationTimely deliver the balance sheet substantiation requirement to corresponding finance team, follow up outstanding matters; Assist the finance team to tackle related questions.
Report to management on key finding as per project timeline.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting field; Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, preferably within the Financial Services industry Good command of both written and spoken Mandarin and English; Understanding of investment banks' business, specifically the understanding of Chinese investment banks is preferred; Good knowledge of IFRS; Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (eg.
Pivot table / Macro ; Knowledge of accounting system, SAP is preferred; Audit experience / background is preferred but not essential; High attention to details; can-do attitude; Quick learner and team player; Proactive and independent.
