About the Role :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our dynamic and growing accounting firm. This is a full-time, permanent position and would suit someone looking to build a long-term career in the accounting or professional services industry.

You will be a key part of our support team, providing high-level administrative assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for someone who is switched on, well-spoken, and eager to grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide general administrative support to accounting and client service teams
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and client communications professionally
  • Prepare and format documents with high attention to detail
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and calendars
  • Assist in document management, filing, and data entry with accuracy
  • Maintain and update client records in internal systems
  • Support the preparation of reports, proposals, and correspondence
  • Liaise with clients as required, delivering a high level of customer service
  • Other ad hoc administrative duties as needed

What We're Looking For :

  • Previous experience in an administration or office support role (ideally in accounting or professional services)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • A polished, professional manner and the confidence to work in a client-facing environment
  • Genuine interest in the accounting or finance sector
