Free parking. Located at Kelvin Grove and reporting to the Brisbane administration manager, this is a junior administration role, ideally suited to someone with 1-2 years general office administration or finance experience.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility in start and finish times, however we are open to consider someone who would prefer to work around 32 hours a week.
Key responsibilities : Providing administration assistance to our sales and operations teamsProcessing accounts payable by matching, tracking, posting and following up invoices / claimsAssist in work order approvals and systems compliance checksReview and pre-processing of timesheets against EBA requirementsOrganising staff and client functions and weekly team lunchesWhat's in it for you?
