Are you a skilled Tyre Fitter looking to take the next step in your career?

  • is looking for an experienced tyre fitter with basic leadership / management experience to join their team as the store 2IC.

  • Roles / Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and directing the day-to-day operation and sales.
  • Support the team and store activities to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Workshop based tyre fitting, repairs, wheel alignments and service fitting as required.
  • Assist with coordination and allocation of work and the tyre fitting team, including the completion or relevant documentation.
  • Assist the Branch Manager in developing and implementing strategies to improve all areas of the business.
  • Work in accordance with company guidelines and values when dealing with customers, staff and suppliers.
  • Provide technical support and supervision.
  • Monitor and control inventory, including regular stocktakes.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
  • Skills & Experience
  • Experienced tyre fitter / technician :
  • Workshop based and service experience.
  • LV & HV experience required - 2 years minimum.
  • OTR experience highly desirable.
  • Tyre / automotive sales and customer service experience.
  • Valid driver's licence & reliable transport.
