About Our Client

Our leading global mining and resource client is Australia's largest producer and supplier of seaborne metallurgical coal. With over 100 years of operation within Australia, they mine metallurgical coal across seven sites within their Queensland Operations in the Bowen Basin.

What you will be Doing

  • Build stakeholder understanding of the BHP contractor management requirements, processes, expectations
  • Monitor on and off contractor CMP (Contractor Management Plans) for compliance for upcoming works.
  • Schedule vendor review meetings, update vendor review meeting PowerPoint Presentations, produce minutes and update vendor registers.
  • Produce weekly compliance CMF reports for distribution and MOP boards
  • Work with site planners for CMF compliance related matters for upcoming works in housing and water divisions
  • Assist Maintenance Supervisor in the execution of reports on contractor compliance
  • Provide support and improvement ideas to the Maintenance Supervisor in the execution of world class customer service and support CMF processes for contract partner engagements.
  • Compliance audits on vendors as per schedule
  • Risk Register Reviews with contractors and facilitating WRAC for vendor engagement against SoW.
  • Engage with Mine Site and vendor Stakeholders for compliance and CMP related matters for access for water teams.
  • Onboarding new vendors
  • Provide Training to Contractor Owners, Supervisors, Contract partners
  • Coordinate premobilisation, safety and performance meetings
  • What you will need

  • Minimum 12 months prior mine site administration experience
  • Standard 11 and Coal board medical
