As the MCO (Multi Country Organisation) Head of Procurement for Australia and South Korea, you'll lead the transformation of the procurement function within a new source-to-pay operating structure, focusing on strategic initiatives and providing expert guidance. You will collaborate with business partners on key projects, drive smart spending, and ensure excellence in the supplier base. You will deliver best-in-class vendor solutions, bring external benchmarks into the organisation, and support business needs with cost-effective, high-quality solutions delivered on time. As an agile and proactive leader, you will take ownership of Australia and South Korea geography, manage both COGs and indirect areas, and ensure effective communication, efficiency, and strong connections with key business partners.

• Main responsibilities
• Drive efficiency and connect end to end procurement processes and specific S2P tools to MCO level use with a holistic view and incorporating use of AI
• Provide feedback on global strategies to be consolidated in voice of geography communication & help drive strategy implementation at MCO level
• Work with local partners and be the single point of contact for Procurement for the country chair and the council, MCO Finance BPs, commercial leads and S2P colleagues to understand, confirm and support procurement pipeline with integration into budgetary process
• Attend specific local / MCO SRM programs as voice of region to guide relationship with key vendors, and validate supplier segmentation
• Support realignment processes as necessary in the Procurement evolution
• Establishe and oversee means by which to monitor progress on key initiatives within the geography and how to effectively express them
• Support local / MCO business projects and maintain a One Sanofi mindset and approach
• About you _
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
• 10+ years experience working in a similar role
• Proven leadership experience in Procurement with the ability to manage across a country / MCO level with diverse business partners
• Strong competency in networking across various stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
• Demonstrable skills in deploying change management initiatives
• Strong attention to detail, financial acumen and problem-solving skills.
• High level of analytical skills and ability to utilize tools / systems accordingly
• Able to quickly assimilate new information / skills and then disseminate to others in an easily understood fashion
