    • In the

    • Team Operations Manager / Executive Assistant_
    • role, you are the heart and soul of a multidisciplinary team that combines an entrepreneurial culture and a proven methodology to drive innovation and engagement. You know how to organise and adapt to an evolving business and love working with people. You are also an expert communicator and can act with speed and decisiveness.
    • Reporting to the COO, you will_ :
    • Support the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Data Officer and Chief Technology Officer on a daily basis
    • Maintain calendar planning and appointment management in relation to scheduled meetings by screening and prioritising diary
    • Relationship building with clients and internal stakeholders
    • Ignite a Fintech community in partnership with the Head of Communications and Investor Relations by supporting the management of events and co-ordinating of portfolio days
    • Diary management and planning
    • On-boarding of new staff members ensuring they are welcomed, set up and part of the team no matter where they are working
    • Coordinate travel and preparation of travel itineraries
    • Coordinate internal / external meetings including reports, minutes etc
    • Manage office supplies and supplier relationships ensuring that the workspace is set up for success
    • What you'll need to succeed_
    • Previous administration experience in an EA / PA / Assistant or similar role supporting at the Executive level
    • High level of stakeholder engagement skills management (both internal and external)
    • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic and self-directed environment
    • Excellent organisation skills
    • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
    • Rally people around any initiatives and bring people together with ease
    • Roll up your sleeves and dive in before being asked
    • Impeccable organisational skills and the ability to prioritise ruthlessly
    • Calmness under pressure
    • High proficiency of experience when using Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
    • Professional approach, friendly demeanour and a strong team player
    • What you'll get in return_
    • You will be offered an attractive salary of $110k-$120k plus Super plus bonus. The role offers the flexibility to work from home with commitment to support leader from the office as required.
