For over 20 years, Our Lady of Mt Carmel Parish Outside School Hours Care has been a trusted part of our parish and school community. We provide before school care, after school care, and vacation care for up to 105 children in a safe, caring, and engaging environment.

We're seeking a dedicated OSHC Coordinator to oversee daily operations, design inspiring programs, and help create a welcoming, inclusive space for children, families, and staff. You’ll be supported by an Assistant Coordinator and an experienced Portfolio Manager.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the daily operation of our Before and After School Care and Vacation Care programs, ensuring a safe and enriching environment.
• Lead a dedicated team of educators, inspiring and supporting them to bring out their best.
• Develop and implement innovative, play-based programs that cater to our children's interests and needs.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community, fostering a sense of belonging.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of care and safety.
• Promote our service within the local community in alignment with the Vision, Mission, and Values of Catholic Early EdCare.
