NUCREW is proud to be partnering with a highly regarded client in the mining services and infrastructure sector to appoint a Process Improvement Coordinator for a full-time permanent position.

This role is integral in ensuring the smooth operation of business systems and driving continuous improvement initiatives. As the primary custodian of key operational tools such as Assignar and Taskworld, you will play a critical role in maintaining efficiency, ensuring compliance, and embedding best-practice processes across the business.

You will work independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements and deliver tangible operational outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and improve business processes and system workflows.
  • Audit operational activities to ensure efficiency, compliance, and quality.
  • Manage day-to-day task allocation and ensure performance targets are met.
  • Lead and support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives using structured methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Validate and embed system changes through stakeholder engagement and feedback.
  • Provide training and ongoing support across teams using Assignar and Taskworld.
  • Resolve complex compliance or workflow issues effectively and independently.
  • Monitor project timelines, maintain reporting tools, and coordinate team progress.

Requirements :

  • Experience leading or coordinating business process initiatives.
  • Strong auditing skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with operational tools – Assignar experience highly regarded.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and training delivery skills.
  • Confidence working autonomously and managing multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of process improvement and innovation concepts.
  • A relevant qualification in business, operations, or a related field is advantageous.
