Job DescriptionBased in our Kings Park office with branch offices in other states around Australia and New Zealand, we have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced, proactive and highly motivated Financial Analyst Professional.
The RoleThe successful applicant will be responsible in aiding Financial Controller in the preparation of internal reporting, financial planning and budgeting, analysis of the key cost drivers, supporting in calculating and reviewing of Inter company Price.
Success in this position will be measured by the ability to identify and analyze the data into clear and convincing reports along with engagement with relevant key stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the weekly sales report with insightful commentaryOwn the monthly pack analysis for logistic, product sales, service department and production departmentGross margin and profitability analysis across business units, branches and products (PDCL)Own the cost center planning and analysis, actual vs forecast review and bridgeCoordinate the monthly sales and inventory forecast rolling forecastTransfer pricing analysis and tracking by business unitSupport the Accounting team during month end.Business partnering with internal and external stakeholders (sales, operation, service and BU contacts)Support the Financial Controller for ANZ in the budgeting and forecasting processCompliance with Monitoring Procedures (internal controls) related to the roleMaster data Maintenance in allocation cyclesAdhoc analysis and tasks as instructed by management.SAP, Business Warehouse and TM1 (must)Drive process improvement and automatonsQualificationsRequirementsAustralian Permanent Resident or CitizenGraduate Diploma of Accounting (degree)Big 4 Auditing / Analytical experience more than 3 yearsMinimum of 5 years' experience working for a reputable Australian accounting practiceAt least 3 years of previous experience as a Business AnalystSAP / BW experience is necessaryHigh attention to detail and thoroughnessExcellent verbal and written communications skills are essential; must be comfortable interacting with all levels of management personnelAdditional Information
