Full Stack Developer

Join to apply for the Full stack Developer role at 4impact Join to apply for the Full stack Developer role at 4impact Work with a leading energy organisation which is undergoing a cutting-edge digital transformation, leveraging AI, IoT, and cloud-native technologies to support smarter, more sustainable operations as a Full Stack Developer. You'll work closely with cross-functional experts - scrum masters, product owners, testers, and engineers - to deliver digital products that enable key assets to operate more effectively and safely.

Your Role

Collaborate in an Agile team to deliver new or enhanced cloud-native applications. Own end-to-end development across analysis, design, build, test, deployment, and support. Build serverless applications using React, Node.js, and AWS Lambda. Contribute to best practices, coding standards, and architectural decisions.

Experience Required :

6+ years of full-stack application development experience. Strong proficiency in React / Redux, Node.js, JavaScript / TypeScript. Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs. Demonstrated experience working with AWS cloud-native services, especially Lambda. Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB, MongoDB). Agile development mindset and experience participating in cross-functional teams. Strong unit testing skills with a focus on high coverage and maintainability.

Bonus Skills (Desirable) :

GraphQL, OAuth authentication CI / CD pipelines and automated testing tools (e.g., Cypress) Reactive programming (RxJS) UX / UI design awareness TDD / BDD experience
