APS4 & APS5 Administration and Project OfficersDFP are currently seeking APS4 / APS5 Administration Support and Project Officers!Are you an experienced professional with a background in government administration and a Baseline Security Clearance?

We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to fill vacancies within the Federal Government based in Canberra.Key Responsibilities : Provide high-level administrative supportAssist in the coordination and management of project activitiesPrepare and maintain comprehensive project documentationReport writing, adhering to policy and processLiaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitateConduct research and analysis to support project objectivesEnsure compliance with government policies and proceduresRequirements : Proven experience in a similar role within the government sectorBaseline Security Clearance is mandatoryStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work independently and as part of a teamIf you are passionate about public service and have the skills and experience we are looking for, we would love to hear from you!
