As a critical KEY senior member in their winning national Chemical team, (being led by industry –leading partners) you will delight in the challenge+ stimulation+ satisfaction of :
applying your technical expertise+ commercial acumen in advising / creating strategies to protect+ enforce the patent rights of your blue-chip local / international clients;across a wide range of inventions (eg pharmaceutical / drugs, medicinal, agricultural, electro-chemistry, chemical processes, food, medical devices, treatment methods, animal health) and industries (health / personal care, organic, pharmaceutical, agricultural, medicinal, biotech, industrial chemical, clean energy, food / beverage).

We are interested in hearing from you if you :
have a degree or higher qualifications [eg PHD-preferable but not essential] in Chemistry or similar;are a registered Australian / NZ / European patent attorney [or are an overseas qualified patent attorney currently nearing re-qualification in Australia / NZ];have a minimum 4-10+ years’ post-qualification experience as a patent attorney [up to SENIOR ASSOCIATE level] ;have solid hands-on experience in patent drafting, prosecution, oppositions, patentability / validity opinions and freedom to operate advice.have strong technical +communication / people skills + commercial acumen;are committed to furthering your own SUCCESS to the MAX with a 1st-Class employer of choice ;are able / willing to relocate (essential) long-term to SYDNEY, MELBOURNE OR BRISBANE.REFERENCE : MARIA YUN (
