Strategic Project Manager

Paspaley is seeking a strategic and solutions-focused Strategic Projects Manager to lead high-impact initiatives and drive cross-functional projects that support long-term business growth and operational excellence!

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with company goals and delivery.
Manage a portfolio of transformation and improvement projects, tracking progress, risks, and outcomes.
Perform business, market, and competitor analysis to generate insights that inform strategy.
Support the development and implementation of strategic frameworks such as Balanced Scorecards and OKRs.
Organise and facilitate leadership meetings, offsites, and performance review sessions.
Drive business process improvements and support organisational change initiatives.
Prepare comprehensive reports, executive summaries, and presentations for leadership and board members.

About You

You are a strategic thinker driven by a passion for business improvement and transformation. You excel in collaborative environments, partnering with senior leaders to deliver impactful projects that advance organisational objectives. With strong analytical and communication skills, you are highly organised, proactive, and adept at managing multiple priorities with ease.

Requirements

Experience in strategy, consulting, or project management (3+ years preferred).

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Familiarity with strategic frameworks (Balanced Scorecard, OKRs).

Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive change.

Experience in luxury retail or transformation projects is a plus.
