Senior Project Manager - Regulatory & ComplianceAdd expected salary to your profile for insightsOur client is a leader within their Industry with an exceptional reputation for the services offered to their customers, and the work environment and culture created for employees.With the industry being highly Regulated with a strong focus on Governance and Compliance an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager / Delivery Manager who has a strong background in Regulatory and Compliance projects, particularly the APRA mandated CPS230 standards.This is a role that encompasses both Business and Technology change and is looking for an immediate commencement.Key Requirements : Minimum of 5 Years Project Management or Delivery Management experience.MUST havea strong and demonstrable background in Regulatory and Compliance projects, specifically CPS230.Highly developed Project Planning & Execution skills within an AGILE environment.Strong Core Project Management skills of Scope Definition, Project Schedule development, Identification of Key Deliverables, Risk and Issue Management, along with strong Financial and Budget management.Highly experienced in working with both internal and external (third party) stakeholders.Must have a highly collaborative approach with the ability to engage with Key Stakeholders and team members.Must have strong leadership experience with prior responsibilities in leading teams to deliver challenging and complex projects.Skilled and experienced in developing and presenting Project Reporting and Status to relevant stakeholders.Experience in managing Teams and Vendors.Strong background working within an AGILE framework.Must have Exceptional Planning and Organisational skills.Must have highly developed Communication and Stakeholder Engagement skills.This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident, well organised and eager to be part of this exciting Regulatory project.If you have the above experience and skills, and are interested in this position then we would encourage you to apply for immediate review.
