Transport Allocator

Permanant position

• 43-$45 per hour
• Large transport company
• Monday to Friday 2.00pm-10.00pm
• Free and secured on site parking for all staff
• Smithfield location
• Objectives of this Role
• Create manifest and driver schedules
• Co-ordinate delivery to customers, manifests and documents to carrier to be performed as per client requirements
• Control chep and loscam pallet accounts
• Monitor outside carriers for performance and cost effectiveness
• Update Inventory, delivery details, shortages and problems daily
• Arrange distribution of client product as requested
• Coordinate OPL Australia wide, monitor deliveries interstate, source rates
• Action interstate KPI Delivery Reports
• Skills Required

• Experience and Qualifications
• Microsoft Office and Outlook
