Golden Leaf Gardening is a small gardening business based in the Blue Mountains (Springwood).

Due to high demand, we are seeking an experienced and motivated gardener to join us and contribute to our growth.

We offer all types of gardening services to mainly residential properties from Glenbrook to Wentworth Falls.

We are looking for a fit person who has experience in gardening, mowing, lawn maintenance, weeding and pruning. In return we offer a fun working environment, regular work and a good rate of pay.

• Tasks & responsibilities
• Pruning trees, shrubs and hedges.
• Maintaining lawns.
• Looking after plants and flowers health.
• Weed control (Mechanical / Chemical).
• Mulching.
• Identifying and controlling pest and disease.
• Grounds maintenance tasks.
• Qualifications & experience
• Knowledge of gardening techniques.
• Knowledge of plant and flower care.
• Ability to use and maintain professional mowing, trimming and pruning equipment.
• Precision and attention to detail.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong manual skills, ability to do hard and physical work (digging, lifting and carrying).
• Flexibility (change of time table / weather / customer request).
• Responsible attitude and the ability to follow health and safety procedures, for working with equipment and chemicals.
• Be well presented and able to deal with the public in a polite and helpful manner.
• Positive attidude to working outside in all types of weather.
• Requirements
• 3 years of experience in garden maintenance.
• Manual driving license.
• Able to drive and tow a trailer.
