CJD Equipment is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to join our Guildford Branch, leading a dedicated team of Field Service Technicians.

Your role will be to ensure your team has the necessary information and equipment to effectively carry out customer on-site work, while managing travel across the North, South, and East of Perth. You will lead ongoing communication, updating customers, the admin team, and company systems, demonstrating strong leadership and multitasking skills.

While overseeing field aftermarket services, you will collaborate with fellow Supervisors in New Builds and Workshops. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be their right-hand person for providing safe repairs and maintenance to our customers, adhering to OEM specifications and procedures. You will be supported by a Service Administrator and other branch teams.

Working with top-of-the-line VOLVO Construction Equipment, you will support clients in mining, construction, and agriculture industries, from large corporations to small businesses. There are also opportunities for training and involvement in CJD events.

Requirements : Demonstrated leadership experience—able to motivate your team and deliver excellent customer service.Relevant trade qualification in Plant Mechanics and industry knowledge.Strong safety focus—ensuring safety at all stages of work.Knowledge of Construction Equipment.Proficiency in computer programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.What's in it for you?
