The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Dentist who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will play a key role in shaping the clinical standards of the practice, mentoring junior clinicians, and delivering exceptional care to our patients. Your leadership will help drive quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years' clinical experience
• AHPRA registered dentist with full working rights in Australia
• A passion for quality dentistry, patient-centred care, and clinical leadership
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A commitment to continued professional development and innovation
