The Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join the Client Support team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, natural problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities :

Preparing annual review packs

Processing new business applications and withdrawals

Handling client and planner queries

Answering phone calls and providing general administrative support

About You

• The ideal candidate will have :
• At least 1 years’ experience in a financial services administration role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management skills , with the ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of Intelligent Office ( but not essential)
• Experience with Abrdn Wrap and Quilter platform (desirable)
