We are seeking for

Field Service Technicians (Dandenong South, VIC)

These positions will work across all Wirtgen Group brands with the role requiring flexibility with the ability to work autonomously. A self-motivated and driven individual would be highly regarded.

Key Duties :

Servicing, maintenance, and repair of Wirtgen Group equipment.Preparation of new machine build requirements.Commissioning / training of Wirtgen Group machinery.Diagnose machine issues or customer complaints and assist in finding solutions.Conduct machine inspections.Provide a professional customer service and care attitude at all times.Assist in the training of Apprentices and other staff as required.

To be considered you must have the following :

Australian recognised trade qualification (Mechanical or Electrical);Proven experience within a Service Technician / Light Vehicle Mechanic role for minimum 2 years.Unencumbered Drivers License.Basic computer skills.Must be able to communicate well with co-workers and customers.Must be able to work under pressure.Clear problem solver.High attention to detail.Willing to learn and take direction.

The ideal candidate will also need to complete and pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing and obtain a police clearance.
