ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

We are searching for experienced luxury lifestyle retailers to join the Canada Goose team in Chadstone on a Full-Time permanent basis.

The Lead, Experience / Brand Ambassador, Experience role is accountable for creating and providing an outstanding customer experience that exemplifies the authenticity of Canada Goose. Assist in the execution of the plans and strategies developed by the Store management team and execute store functions in relation to operational efficiency that impact the overall quality of customer experience including ensuring excellence in all areas and maintaining Canada Goose’s expectations of quality and authenticity.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Contribute to store financial success : achieving sales targets and productivity KPIs
  • Contribute to a positive store environment through teamwork, effective communication, attending training, and demonstrating Canada Goose's brand values
  • Handle product, transactions and the client journey with respect, compliance and operational efficiencies
  • Greet and engage with clients, building genuine connections that reflect the Canada Goose values of warmth, performance, and community
  • Share product knowledge confidently, educating customers on technical features, materials, and brand history

ABOUT YOU

  • Articulate in English and Mandarin (preferred)
  • You bring energy, are a natural explorer and / or participate in an outdoor lifestyle
  • Ability to stand for long periods and flexibility to work retail hours (including weekends, late nights and peak extended trading hours)
  • Strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail
  • Proven track record of successful store operations, including the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment, preferably in a luxury retail environment
  • Good understanding of inventory management and point-of-sale systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and know when to seek guidance
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Lead, Experience
