4 on 4 off (2 days, 2 nights) 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am

Full Time, Permanent

120k-$125k + Super + Benefits

Company : A leading manufacturing company based in Perth, WA. As a national business, they are currently experiencing rapid growth and have exciting plans for new investments into our site.

Job Overview : We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join the team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our machinery and equipment. This is a crucial role in maintaining our production efficiency and meeting our customer demands.

Responsibilities :

• As a Maintenance Fitter you will conduct routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• The Maintenance Fitter will perform troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve any mechanical issues.
• This Maintenance Fitter will carry out preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Collaborate with the production team and other Maintenance Fitters to address any equipment-related concerns and provide timely solutions.
