  • What you'll be doing
  • This Team Leader is accountable for leading a team of Business Support Officers and Support Workers to maintain rosters of our client's schedules to help them achieve their goals.

    This is a busy and fast paced role, so we are looking for energy and passion to lead this team to thrill and delight our clients and Support Workers to continue to grow our client base.

  • Developing a team of high performing, highly professional, motivated and engaged Business Support Officers to achieve client satisfaction and growth targets
  • Identify and implement appropriate coaching and training strategies and ensure succession and development planning is in place
  • Successfully identify opportunities for improved processes and guide the team through change and evolving systems
  • Building and maintaining strong and effective relationships across the business
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation through quality monitoring processes
  • Be a role model for professional behaviour and demonstrate our values
  • What we look for in our Team Leader
  • Experience in leading teams (Contact Centre experience highly desirable)
  • Demonstrated experience and obvious
  • passion for coaching_
  • developing and leading small to medium size teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, implement and manage change, including
  • high level analytical planning _
  • and decision making abilities.
  • Well-developed liaison and communication skills and the capacity to
  • negotiate and resolve conflict_
  • with clients, staff and management
  • A vibrant and energetic personality, driven by your team's success
  • High levels of empathy and engagement and the ability to express both professionally
  • Availability to work in Parramatta office minimum four days per week (WFH one day)
  • Flexible attitude with a mature approach to work in a fast paced and changing environment
