    We are looking for a Human Resources Intern who will be responsible for the following :

    • Administration of some hiring practises, such as but not limited to creating interview guides, creating contract and offer documents, and conducting interviews as necessary.
    • Administration of business operations inside EnableHR(HRIS), including assisting with HR reporting and offering assistance to staff and business leaders. assisting with the implementation of HR talent management procedures such Progression & Succession, Talent Review Profiles, self-presentations, high-pot review, career planning, and employee development plans.
    • Manage compliance audit documentation and organise staff onboarding and offboarding processes, including when to administer online induction. As necessary, coordinate the administration of pertinent internship programmes and student labour placements.
    • Designing a calendar for employee engagement and organising engagement activities.
    • Support the group's communications among the personnel (ie. all employee meetings, insider editions and COVID 19 information).
