Cloud Technical Lead

In this newly created role you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day to day management and optimization of Cloud infrastructure and related services. You will be responsible for ensuring that the IT service is reliable, secured and aligned to business goals. If successful you will be able to balance your technical expertise with team and vendor management skills.

• DESIRED EXPERIENCE
• A minimum of 3 years technical Cloud Experience
• Knowledge of Cloud Compute platforms - _specifically Azure_
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines
• Troubleshooting and Technical Expertise - Possess a strong technical background to assess with complex technical issues when needed.
• Vendor Management - Establish and maintain partner alliance under SIAM conditions.
• Oversee Operations, maintenance, and optimization of all IT Cloud components.
• Communication and Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate with business unit partners and IT stakeholders to drive initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Azure services and capabilities
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like ARM templates.
• Creating and improving documentation and runbooks
• Microsoft Azure certifications (highly desirable if not mandatory)
