About the Role As a Recruitment and Engagement Officer, you will work collaboratively within a dedicated Careers Team to deliver contemporary, innovative, and transparent recruitment processes that support the organisation's commitment to a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Key Responsibilities Manage recruitment processes end-to-end, including advertising, shortlisting, assessments, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
Assist in implementing effective recruitment processes to attract and engage candidates.
Undertake candidate care activities to ensure a positive candidate experience and promote the organisation as an employer of choice.
Ensure integrity and confidentiality of HR and candidate documentation.
Support onboarding activities and maintain accurate training records.
Deliver a high standard of customer service to all stakeholders, representing the Careers Team professionally.
Assist with day-to-day administration, data gathering, analysis, and reporting.
Interpret legislation, directives, policies, and procedures related to recruitment and selection, providing accurate advice to selection panels.
About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate : Proven recruitment and engagement experience in a similar fast-paced environment.
The ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines within a high-volume recruitment environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams (essential).
Springboard system experience (highly desirable).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise information.
Ability to rigorously research and analyse information to support decision-making.
Commitment to customer service and stakeholder engagement.
Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to work.
