At Eden Academy Loganlea we operate from 6 : 30am to 6 : 30pm, and offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 100 children to explore, grow, and thrive.

About you;
You’re an experienced Lead Educator with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership
Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments
You designs thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child
Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching
Lays a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning

What You’ll Bring :

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent

A Cert III in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent

A current Working with Children Check

Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards

Australian Working Rights

A professional and friendly personal presentation

Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community

A team-first attitude and a desire to make a difference

Availability to work Monday to Friday across various shift patterns
