Customer Relations Consultant located in the South(Hughes / Queanbeyan / Goulburn)- with travel to all Warrigallocations.

The opportunity

As part of Warrigal’s Customer Relations team,you’ll be the first point of contact for people exploringaged care and retirement living options. You'll guide them throughthe process, offering support, advice, and a friendly face alongthe way.

This sales-focused role is all about buildingrelationships—whether it’s with potential residents,their families, or key referrers like hospital discharge plannersand community groups. You’ll conduct tours, provide financialguidance, and help ensure a smooth transition into Warrigal’sservices. Based in the Queanbeyan / Canberra area, this role offersvariety, purpose, and the opportunity to be part of a passionateteam. Regular travel to other Warrigal sites and some work outsidestandard hours will be required, but the reward is knowingyou’re helping people find a place to call home.

The requirements

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed occupancy targets inretirement village or similar environments
  • Substantial experience in a sales or similarcustomer-focused role
  • A strong reputation for professionalism, reliability, andhigh performance
  • A flexible, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt tochange easily
  • A customer-first mindset and a passion for deliveringoutstanding service
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive,solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communicationskills
  • A genuine empathy for older people, with a warm andapproachable manner
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in ateam environment
  • Proven ability to meet budgeted KPIs and revenuetargets
  • Strong analytical skills to understand and navigate complexpricing structures to drive occupancy growth
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer RelationshipManagement (CRM) systems
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to workunder pressure and meet deadlines
  • A current Driver’s License and willingness to travelas required
  • Experience in human services or the non-profit sector
  • A strong understanding of relevant aged carelegislation
