What your role will look like

• As Residential Supervisor, you will lead a team of staff providing person-centred care to support our clients with various aspects of their daily living.
• You will manage all aspects around service delivery including resourcing, quality, risk management and budgeting.
• Lead a vibrant team who celebrate the small joys that make a big difference to people’s lives.
• Enjoy the opportunity to grow your team, building a valuable skillset across physical health, as well as an appreciation of mental health, to support our clients.
• You will interact with health professionals promoting our holistic model of care .

You’ll need a Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services or Aged Care and a minimum 4 years’ relevant experience.  Experience in team leadership, budget management and supervision is highly desirable
