About the Company

We are looking for an HR Officer - Transactional to join a NSW government department in Olympic Park. This is a 3 month contract with the potential to extend another 6 months and the role paying $42.90 per hour + super. This role has flexible work environment with a collaborative culture.

About the Role

Processing employee entitlements in SAP HR, including the ability to interpret and apply legislation / employee entitlements
Onboarding new staff in SAP HR
Updating employee records in SAP HR, including salary changes, temporary assignment (higher duties) allowances, address, leave records, change of work hours

Skills & Experience

SAP HR experience

Ability to work in a high volume work area, under tight timeframes

Previous NSW Government experience in human resources transactional processes is preferred

Ability to maintain confidentiality and effective verbal and written communication skills

Attention to detail

Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
