DESF employs support staff to provide Disability Support Providers in WA various services from administration to disability support workers.
At DESF, we are a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about our work and strive to make a positive impact in our community. We are experiencing continued growth and are now seeking a Quality & Compliance Manager to join our expanding team.
As a Quality & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for directing our already certified quality systems. Your role will be to ensure that the quality system reflects the expectations of the NDIS and the Practice Standards. You will be required to facilitate quality meetings, drive continuous improvement, and manage recommendations. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that work practices comply with relevant requirements, and for developing and conducting internal audits. Your role will be integral to the ongoing success of our organization.
Currently this will be a Part time position of approximately 3 days a week, however we envisage the role growing to become full time
We offer flexible work hours and a supportive work environment based in our Cannington office.
To be considered for this role, you must have a qualification and / or sound experience in a similar role. You should also possess a high level of computer skills and advanced interpersonal skills. In addition, you should be a proactive and results-driven individual who is passionate about quality and compliance.
