Responsibilities include :
- Assist in formulating strategic objectives and operational plans focused on optimizing customer satisfaction, retail experience, and internal processes across multiple store locations and online channels.
- Conduct analysis of existing business systems, store operations, and supply chain processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current organisational structures, staff capabilities, and workflows to align with growth targets and franchise expansion plans.
- Prepare business proposals and presentations suggesting enhancements to procedures, redefining staff roles, and restructuring workflows to support innovation and scalability.
- Support the implementation of approved strategies, including coordination with internal teams, store managers, and external partners (e.g., logistics, marketing, and technology providers).
- Deliver coaching and mentoring sessions to team members to build operational and customer service capabilities aligned with Pop Phones' service standards.
- Monitor project outcomes, collect feedback, and continuously refine methods to ensure alignment with business objectives and evolving market needs.
