About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a SME and forward-thinking Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team in North Plympton.
In this role will have a strong focus on planning, creating, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns to drive our key Philmac marketing and commercial metrics. These campaigns are designed to support our rapidly growing domestic and export markets providing the successful candidate exposure to customers at home and abroad.
You will also be responsible for utilising and enhancing the Philmac 'Martech' stack which is comprised of some of the world's most advanced digital marketing platforms. Furthermore, the role demands utilisation and monitoring and optimisation of various digital communications platforms including social media.
What you will be doing
Help develop the annual marketing plan, including budget, communication strategies, and initiatives to meet business goals.
Run digital campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust activities to achieve the marketing plan's objectives.
Manage lead generation campaigns, search engine optimisation, and digital aspects of physical promotions.
Operate and manage key marketing technology tools (eg. Marketo, Kadanza, Adobe Commerce) to improve their use in the business, including maintaining data, managing campaigns, supporting improvements, and reporting insights.
Prepare digital campaign plans with clear goals, KPIs, and budget, working with both local and international stakeholders.
Monitor and manage all communication channels, including social media and product review forums according to the marketing plan.
Create marketing material including SEO-optimized blogs, advertisements, and other digital content, working with internal teams.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement events like customer training, tradeshows, and online meetings, ensuring KPIs are defined, tracked, and measured.
About you
To be our candidate, you are an energetic, motivated digital native with a thirst for learning and continuous improvement in the digital space and want to deliver impactful campaigns, and have the following :
You're experienced delivering digital marketing projects from start to finish
You are confident using platforms like Marketo, WordPress, DAM libraries, and Adobe Commerce
You can create polished PowerPoint presentations and have a working knowledge of Adobe InDesign
You're a strong communicator who can manage stakeholders effectively to build strong relationships
You're detail-oriented, flexible, with excellent time management skills to ensure you stay one step ahead
You're motivated, energetic, and always looking to improve and grow in the digital space
