We're looking for a Marketing Science Manager, ANZ based in Sydney to join our Measurement Team at Snap Inc!
We are a team of scientists, and researchers who work in a highly collaborative environment, using our suite of tools and ad products to improve the performance of Snap's advertising platform and drive increased value for our customers.
What you'll do :
Closely partner with the ANZ leaders and sales team to develop and execute the market growth strategy along with quarterly goals rooted in sound consumer research, advertiser performance, and industry knowledge.- Be the primary driver of performance improvement across our top advertisers leveraging a mix of learning-agenda strategies, experimental design, causal analytics, and ads efficacy solution testing on the high growth Australia market.- Lead measurement, research, and learning plans for key clients in support of their media objectives and the long-term growth of the partnership.- Develop a measurement strategy, prioritization, and roadmap for ads measurement and insights products for top Australia verticals.- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify, test, and scale new ad products, features and solutions that have a positive impact on advertiser value.- Lead the scoping and development of custom multi-study meta analysis in partnership with Data Science and R&D to understand the relative impact of different marketing strategies across digital platforms and media.- Build measurement capability and advocacy across your vertical and with cross-functional partners.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Ability to structure and conduct analyses to generate insight and recommendations- Clear and concise communication; comfortable with presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, clients and advertisers- Understanding of measurement concepts, solutions, and underlying statistical fundamentals leveraged in the ads efficacy and measurement ecosystem- Subject matter expertise in at least one of the following areas; conversion lift, brand lift, or econometrics modeling- Understanding of applied statistics including sampling approaches, causal modeling, time series analysis, and data-mining techniques- Familiarity with advanced analytical tools (e.g. SQL, R, SAS)- Access, analyze, interpret, and communicate ads performance insights using a wide range of standard data science tooling-A strong understanding of Snapchat and the digital advertising and measurement ecosystemMinimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent years of experience- 5 to 7+ years of advanced analytics and measurement experience within a technology company, media agency, consulting firm, advertiser, or research company- Experience with ads measurement in user growth and acquisition or eCommercePreferred Qualifications :
