As our Senior Project Officer, you will :
- Support the Manager, FAST, to provide teams with effective project coordination and monitoring of project activities, including key deliverables and risk strategies and provide timely, detailed reports to leadership and governance bodies.
- Build a thorough understanding and sound skills in using existing systems and mapping tools to monitor progress on key deliverables and present / report accurate data for varied audiences and purposes.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues working across multiple projects to ensure alignment and to leverage the knowledge, skills and experience of a multidisciplinary team.
- Review, strengthen and maintain FAST's data collection, storage, analysis, representation and reporting to support implementation and evaluation of multiple, high priority projects.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, approval and publication processes for strategic plans, operational plans and individual project plans, reports to internal and external committees, presentations, guidelines and correspondence (including briefing notes and ministerial correspondence).
- Support the Manager, FAST, with governance and reporting processes including assisting with secretariat responsibilities for governance and key stakeholder meetings.

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and / or relevant transferable experienceDemonstrated proficiency in programs such as Excel and Power BIFamiliarity with mapping tools such as ArcGIS would be an advantage.Licences and registrations
