Counter Sales and Warehouse Assistant

70 - $75k per year + Super

Location : Adelaide

Employment Type : Full-Time Permanent

Our client is global leader in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC-R), proudly supporting Australia’s commercial and residential sectors. Their retail division supplies quality HVAC-R parts and components to trades and technicians across the country.

We’re currently seeking a motivated Counter Sales & Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic team across their one branch in Adelaide. If you love customer service, enjoy a hands-on role, and want to be part of a supportive team we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist trade customers via phone, email and in-store with parts enquiries
  • Process orders, follow up on quotes, and provide accurate product advice
  • Promote new products and initiatives to customers
  • Receive, label, store, and pick stock for outgoing orders
  • Conduct stocktakes and maintains inventory accuracy
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment and maintain store presentation
  • Help with deliveries and internal stock transfers as needed

What You Bring

  • HVAC-R parts knowledge or relevant technical / trade background preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer literacy and order entry experience (Oracle a bonus)
  • Forklift licence or willingness to obtain
  • Professional personal presentation and a team-focused mindset
  • Valid driver’s licence preferred
