Queensland University of Technology (QUT) is seeking a Workforce Analyst to join Human Resources, Administrative Division.

As a workforce analyst you will have a strong understanding of human resources practices to provide meaningful HR metrics, workforce information and analytics to key University stakeholders and demonstrate a strong understanding of current and emerging business requirements.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, sound reasoning and innovative thinking to develop new solutions and efficiencies.
  • Ability to identify data and workforce patterns and trends from complex data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment be proactive and respond to competing and challenging demands.
  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency in using Excel for analysis and data visualisation.
